Workshop Overview:

Retail is one of the most disrupted industries during the pandemic. Many supply chain issues were created during the pandemic and operational items were addressed. Retail supply chain still has multiple strategic areas that require addressing at enterprise and ecosystem levels. Strategic and responsible use of data & AI can accelerate this work within enteprises, startups and for public sector making policy decisions. This is especially because there are both untapped and dark data sources within retail sector that are opportunity areas and can also help retailers build highly sustainable new business models.
