At GoEmerald, accessible from https://www.goemerald.ca/, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by GoEmerald and how we use it.

Log Files

GoEmerald follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Like any other website, GoEmerald uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

GoEmerald does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records. Some of our workshops are appropriate for children to attend, however adults must accompany children at all times during the signup process and throughout the workshop. We do not take responsibility for anything shared or discussed during the workshop by attendees.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in GoEmerald. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Workshop, Advisory, Strategy Sessions, Website Content & Other Content Ownership & Use

 

All content provided on this website and during our workshops, including all images, text, frameworks, articles, slides and operating names, hereinafter referenced as "Proprietary Property", are protected under copyright, trademark, patent and other laws in Canada and/or other countries. All rights, title, and interest in the Proprietary Property are solely owned by Emerald Technology Group Inc. No License (direct or implied) is granted to anyone by this transmission of the Proprietary Property. Nor shall such a transmission constitute any representation, warranty, assurance, guaranty or inducement by the owner of the Proprietary Property to anyone with respect to infringement of intellectual property rights of others. It is not permitted to make any copies or reproduction of the Proprietary Property in any form including digital, print or otherwise, translate, edit, alter, modify, or create any derivative or similar works of the Proprietary Property without express written permission from the owner of the Proprietary Property.  We encourage you to not share anything confidential during our workshops. We will not be responsible for any confidential information shared by you in public forum with anyone during the GoEmerald and transform this workshops. All workshops are recorded for reference within transform this and GoEmerald, however these are not shared with anyone unless stated otherwise, or previously notified to the attendees at the start of the workshop. We do not allow external parties or attendees to record our workshops. 

Conferencing link(s) to the virtual workshops are non-shareable. If multiple members of your team will join, we request each of them to sign up.

Copying, reusing and/ or sharing of any material presented during the event is not allowed at any time without the written and explicit permission of GoEmerald.

Open conversations are encouraged, however anything shared by participants not affiliated with GoEmerald team does not reflect opinions of GoEmerald team. Please be mindful of confidential information and please be respectful of others.

Any content, frameworks, methods and ideas shared during the one-on-sessions and workshops by GoEmerald employees are GoEmerald property and not available for the GoEmerald clients of workshops, online advisory and strategy sessions to sell to other parties without explicit and written approval from GoEmerald Founder. We do not allow clients to record, download and/or share any parts of online workshop, advisory, or strategy sessions content. The content or ideas shared are for the sole use of the individual and not others. Clients using online booking service must provide legal company name and unique legal company identifiers for due diligence purposes prior to the meeting - failure to provide this information will result in meeting cancellation or delayed.
