Workshop Overview:
In January 2022, I wrote about the need for data-driven innovation. I proposed that businesses can resolve supply chain issues long-term with shift towards ecosystems. This requires data ecosystems that complement each other strategically. This is a mind-shift in larger organizations that have historically worked with static operations and disjointed teams. Disjointed teams will fail to produce enterprise-wide ROI, despite investments in data projects.
