I was personally interested in this discussion for following two reasons. What is your take on this?
Pride month 2020 has been very special and different from previous years. It called for us to re-evaluate if we truly understand inclusion, or simply utter it out loud a lot during the month of June. I have been wondering how various colleagues embody diversity in their day-to-day work. Jodi shared how it helps her share wellness.
Working remotely and wellness may correlate positively or negatively depending on personal habits at this time. Conversation with Jodi helped me realize how to slow-down and not let hours blend together, even when we are enjoying working on something. Keyword for me is balance from here on. Post-COVID transformations would need to pay special attention to wellness of their teams, if they hope to succeed in a dynamic environment, with constant change.
